Another great group today at the Solon Senior Center for our Vegetarian Cooking Class. We worked together to prepare three delicious recipes. The group also learned nutritional guidelines for becoming vegetarian, and how to incorporate more vegetarian choices into their diet.
We had a great discussion group today at Brookdale Rockefeller. We talked about the potential for stress in interpersonal relationships, and ways that we can reduce that stress. We reviewed ways that we can change our own thinking and behavior, as well as ways that we can communicate our needs to others. Each participant left with a personalized “action plan” for improving a particular personal relationship in their lives.
