Residents at Brookdale Rockefeller, along with our guests form the Board of Developmental Disabilities, learned all about Reiki today, and how it can help with physical, mental and emotional healing. They also learned a relaxation meditation and received a sample Reiki treatment.

 We started a wonderful new program at the North Olmsted Golf Club today. Golfers who have suffered an injury, illness or disability joined our class to help them recover and get back out on the golf course. They learned how the strength, flexibility, balance, stamina, and mindfulness that they gain through yoga can help them in their golf game and their general overall health.

 Another great group today at the Solon Senior Center for our Vegetarian Cooking Class. We worked together to prepare three delicious recipes. The group also learned nutritional guidelines for becoming vegetarian, and how to incorporate more vegetarian choices into their diet.

 The Ladies Club at McGregor hosted our guests from the Board of Developmental Disabilities, for a fun and engaging music program. We sang songs and then talked about our memories and life experiences related to the song. It was a great way to hear good stories, and get to know each other!
