Our weekly adaptive yoga class continued today at Anytime Fitness in University Heights. Club members and our disabled guests learned poses that help them with strength, balance, flexibility, stamina and relaxation. It was a fun, but effective, workout for everyone!

2/18/16 – Yoga for Golf Rehab
We had a wonderful attendance at our weekly golf rehab program at the North Olmsted Golf Club today. Golfers who have suffered an injury, illness or disability joined our class to help them recover and get back out on the golf course. They learned how the strength, flexibility, balance, stamina, and mindfulness that they gain through yoga can help them in their golf game and their general overall health.
