Many thanks to the folks at McGregor for inviting me out to give my “Making Lemonade From Lemons” presentation to their residents. I helped them learn ways that they can stay positive and optimistic despite the changes and losses they are facing. A wonderful 100 year old man was in the audience and told us that learning is his secret to staying young. “I never want to stop learning”, he said. What an inspiration!

It was a wonderful day of learning healthy resources for the caregivers at Montefiore Nursing and Rehab in Beachwood. I taught a Coffee Break Stretching class, and also presented talks on stress relief, meditation and relaxation. I was honored t help them learn how to balance the responsibilities of work life and home life.
