We provide senior adults and people of all ages with disabilities with personal visits that provide stimulation, education, companionship and life-enrichment. We also provide community-based group activities for clients who have access to transportation.
We visit our clients in their home or group care community and design an activities schedule for them based on their needs, interests and abilities. We also act as another set of eyes and ears for families who want to make sure their loved one is getting quality care and attention from their caregiving staff. If desired, we attend care plan meetings and help guide the caregiving staff toward providing meaningful person-centered care for our clients.
For our clients with access to transportation we offer community-based adaptive integration programs that they are welcome to join.
