The residents at the McGregor Home learned about the ways that they can reduce and even eliminate the stresses that senior adults face in their lives. They appreciated learning that there are very simple, accessible tools they can use to remain peaceful and optimistic.

10/18/14 – Stress Release Saturday!
It was a relaxing day at the Cleveland Heights Senior Center today! We discussed ways to reduce stress, and we practiced a couple of different types of meditation. Then we did a gentle Yoga Stretching class and learned how yoga helps to balance or bodies, minds and spirits. What a great way to spend a rainy Fall day!
