Kind Words From Our Clients
“I want to take the opportunity to thank The Loving Hands Group for the times you have shared with the residents of the Forest Hills Place community as part of our weekly scheduled activities in the dementia care unit. Your group is exceptional in the way you present programs that are always interesting, diverse and very educational. The topics are always enlightening and mentally stimulating. Some of them are nostalgic, and evoke happy memories for the dementia residents. When physical exercises are offered, they are gentle, passive, and always relaxing. The artistic crafts presented prove to be not only fun, but functional as well. Your group is so supportive and calming to the mental nature of the residents, and we all love the activities provided. Thank you for all the wonderful experiences provided by The Loving Hands Group.”
Stephanie Watts, LPN, Activities Director, Forest Hills Place
“We didn’t think it was worth the effort to try to learn something new at our age. But you showed us that it was. Thank you for treating us like people, not like old people.”

“It is my pleasure to support The Loving Hands Group. For years now, Judith and her team have provided a variety of captivating programs for our clients. Judith is extremely innovative and reliable and The Loving Hands Groups is always adjusting and creating individualized programs to meet the specialized needs of our participants.”
Taylor Young, Early-Stage Specialist, The Alzheimer’s Association
“Judith and The Loving Hands Group provide invaluable services to my clients who reside in long term care settings. They worked directly with two of my clients recently providing friendly visitors, outings, music, art and pet therapies, and other services necessary to improve the quality of their lives. Without Judith and Loving Hands, these individuals would have been limited to the activities offered at their respective nursing homes and, in one instance, infrequent visits from a family member and attorney-guardian. I wish all of my clients could afford these services because I have personally seen the positive impact of the friendly visitors and stimulating activities, both of which were provided by Judith and The Loving Hands Group.”
Allison M. McMeechan, Esq., Reminger Attorneys at Law
“Judith Eugene has been instructing yoga sessions for one year as a new component of our life-changing Return To Golf program for individuals with physical challenges. Thanks to Judith’s expertise and hard work, our participants have seen tremendous gains on and off the golf course. Judith has a great rapport with her students and she has truly gotten her students to “buy-in” to the benefits of yoga. Both yoga and Judith have been a blessing for the participants of the Return To Golf Program.”
Trevor Hazen, PGA, Director of Golf, Return To Golf & North Olmsted Golf Club
“For over a year now, I have utilized the Loving Hands Group to provide creative and unique activities for high school age youth with disabilities. Not only do our students look forward to the weekly activities, students have developed meaningful leisure time skills that will result in great self-determination and a high quality of life! Every member of the Loving Hands Group team is highly professional, and skilled at what they do!”
Robert Ross, Principal, Cuyahoga East Vocational Education Consortium
“I would like to take a moment to write a note of appreciation to Judith and The Loving Hands Group. My brother is a brain trauma patient in a nursing home who is overlooked and not listened to by the staff. As he has become more alert he was bored and frustrated until Judith began visiting with him. Now he asks when Judith will be back and tells me about his visits with her. He especially likes when she reads to him and plays his music for him. He looks forward to her visits with the therapy dogs and their handlers. His life is greatly enriched by having her visits.”

“I have been taking yoga with The Loving Hands Group for over a year. I am an 84 year old widow and I have a rather severe case of arthritis. They adjust all exercises to my ability, not to cause any additional pain. Yoga taught me better breathing, and has made me more optimistic. I plan to continue my yoga classes as long as I can.”
Natalia Bezugloff, Private Client
“Judith has taught a series of writing classes for us. She is thoughtful, dedicated and professional in her approach and her students comment on how much they benefit from her classes. I enjoy working with Judith and look forward to offering additional classes with her in the future.”
Amy Jenkins, Program Coordinator
Cleveland Heights Senior Center
“When Judith Eugene lectured on “When Life Gives You Lemons Make Lemonade” she presented tools for a less stress filled life. The residents were very receptive to her and the numerous ideas presented for being a happier person. The concept of using the word challenge instead of problem in my life, means that I can get through it. She left with the residents wanting more. If your residents need to be motivated to an awareness of more to life than difficulties call Judith.”
Mary Jean DeVaul, Life Enrichment Coordinator, The Weils
“I recommended The Loving Hands Group to a client who was relocating. They wanted help in choosing colors and decorating their future home. Judith provided help with design, decorating and use of colors for this couple; reflecting the style, mood and feel of their current home. They were very pleased with her help, her attitude, and the terrific results of her good counsel.”

“My family was in need of an individual to assist in interacting with my aunt who was suffering from the late stages of Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Although she never spoke a word of it, you could tell my aunt was in pain, uncomfortable, and probably dealt with some level of depression as she struggled through the last phases of this degenerative disease.
Judith Eugene/Loving Hands was introduced to us through our local trust attorney and the benefits from Judith’s interactions with my aunt (and the family) were virtually immediate. A concern of the family was to engage and stimulate my aunt who was bed stricken. Using various techniques, Judith provided creative, fun and engaging activities, which brought a smile to my aunt’s face as they involved things she enjoyed. Those activities included, but were not limited to, musical interactions, various forms of therapeutic massage and meditation, trips to a local equine facility for disabled individuals, and family gatherings around the holidays.
One specific instance sticks out regarding the latter point, where Judith coordinated Santa to visit the home where my aunt was staying. It was really a magical time as we had over 20 family members in a dining room singing Christmas carols and celebrating the holiday together. That was very atypical for my family, which is what made the event so special. The best part was that we celebrated it as a family. I think that is the real value Judith and Loving Hands brings. They are able to take a significant amount of pressure off the family in a very uncertain time, which allowed us to focus on the important things, like being together with our aunt.
We consistently worked with Judith for several years as my aunt battled MS and throughout that time she never stopped caring for my aunt and working to bring comfort and happiness to an otherwise difficult situation.
A final point I wanted to mention as it was a concern of the family is that Judith provided another set of eyes to ensure my aunt was cared for appropriately at the home. If Judith saw something that did not sit right, she brought it to the family’s attention so it could be addressed. Luckily no significant issues arose, however it did provide peace of mind to the family that an independent party could visit my aunt during regular working hours.
There are some people in this world that have the patience and compassion to care for others. Judith is one of those individuals and for that my family and I are extremely grateful.”
